I’m starting a seven day fast soon and I’m looking for good ways to keep vitamins up during this time. For me, a drink like 0 calorie Gatorade or Powerade would be easy because I’m a college student who’s on the move and it may help with cravings. What have experienced been with these drinks before in the past with extended fasting?
You’d be better off making your own electrolyte packed drink. Less additives and you can control the dosage. Sports drinks are meant to replenish what was there, not fully provide what you need. Hopefully that makes sense.
