1 Month of IF and Exercise, 12# Down

Hello all. I’m a 26M who has finally continued a journey I began last year. Last year I lost ~50lbs and then bought my first house and fell off track. 1 month ago I started IF and getting to the gym 6 days a week before work. Firstly the morning gym workouts have drastically improved how I feel both physically and mentally. It has truly helped with my depression. But anyways. I’ve officially lost 12#. I haven’t noticed much other than I know my clothes are looser. I’m a Hospice RN, so I do a lot of home visits and don’t see my coworkers too often. I went to the office today for the first time in around 2 weeks and everybody was hyping me up. They all immediately were asking if I lost weight and telling me how much better I’m looking. This was the first anyone has mentioned to me that they could tell I’ve lost weight and it just felt absolutely amazing.

Thank you to everyone in this group helping each other. I’ve been silently creeping here all month learning and learning and this community has helped me so much.
