Hello just want to Thank this community for all the encouragement and advice. Today I completed one month of IF 16:8 but mostly did 18 hrs fasting each day. I don’t count calories and I try and get my steps in everyday. Even without counting calories and moderate exercise I lost some weight. From 64.1kg to 62.7kg today. I know it’s not much but I feel better my skin is better I am drinking more water I am making healthier choices in eating and also have more energy. I have a long way to go for my ideal weight but this is the first time I have been positive about weight loss in a long time. I can’t go gym and workout as I have a medical condition whereby if my body starts heating up I get an allergic reaction and get hives everywhere. So with two meals a day ( sometimes 1 ) and walking IF works for me. Feeing happy 😃. Have a good day people
Way to go! Just gets easier & easier as you go! I find now if I eat more meals (like on vacay lol) I just feel overall crummy and then spend more time thinking about food and always being hungry lol
