Hey man good luck to your water fast journey. I am actually in the same boat as you Im doing a 30 day water fast right now. The longest I went was 18 days before! Im going to start 2019 feeling the best I ever had.
That’s good. Am on day 1 of a 21day fast. Been starting since Monday but hoping to really to get through today. I am a regular faster. My longest fast is 30days and I loved it. Be glad for all the motivation I can get here.
OMG I could’ve written this! Ummmmm and you probably got that motto from me “If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up!” I post that everywhere! It’s the lock screen of my phone even! I’m entering Day 2 and my goal is 40 Days or goal weight or depending how I feel. I have had some hair loss that’s freaking me out so I’m not sure how long I will go since slim and bald isn’t all that cute for a woman! 🤣😂
How’s everyone holding up? I’m currently down maybe 16 pounds in just a week( a mix of water fast and dry fast) If this continues for the next 2 weeks, I’ll end at around 127lbs which is more than I ever asked. You guys got this! Think of the benefits and the results rather than right now!
