I’m in the same boat, 10 day and one pound. I have been fat adapted for a couple years though, so 17:7 (2MAD) wasn’t a huge difference, just cleaning up my habits and black coffee.

Sometimes it takes longer for some than others. Also body composition can change independently of the scale changing. I plan to do my measurements this weekend.
