I strongly advise against starting with 10 days of dry fasting without preparation.
Try to get to 10 days through a workout that allows you to manage any kind of problem that could arise during dry fasting.

I think that without preparation we can aim for a few days (1..3) but not more. Also be prepared for how you will handle the post dry fast (refeed).

Please don’t take unnecessary risks.

So my mental health has been on the verge and o can’t seem to have the strength to prepare for an extended dry fast like I normally do, do you think I could do it just like that from one day to another ? My skin is horrible and I put on some weight again. I need to do this. Any experiences?

I’ve been in a 6 month rut of false starts, unaffordable homes and broken bones. So I feel you.

give yourself a break. life’s hard as shit. dry fasting is even harder. 10 days of dry fasting is mega difficult. even david blaine aint touching dry fasting.
