I finally have a chance to dry fast without worrying about work and plan on staying in bed the whole time outside of some light yoga and to bathe. I hear dry fasting is great for healing but how much does it normally do? What should I expect to happen to my body besides losing weight?
You will lose 3 pounds per day on average. You will go through aches and pains in areas where you have inflammation. So when I did my 7 day dry fast I ve had issues with pain in my right wrist. During the fast I felt it ache, after the fast my wrist felt really good.
Tough to say for sure. If this is your first time dry fasting you’ll feel improvements a couple days after the dry fast. As long as your diet is clean. More profound benefits come after enduring longer sessions
