Congrats! I have been doing omad for over a year and love it. My purpose is keep cancer in remission. My omad meal is 6pm. In morning i drink a double shot espresso straight. And thru morning loose leaf green tea. At 11am i drink another double shot espresso. Its keeps me full of energy thru the day. Ive been on keto a few years.
I too lost 70 lbs on keto in 2018, kept off most of it until a move in 2021. I’m back on keto now after a few false starts, but this time I am certain my ducks are in a row and my life (and those I care for) is now calm enough to focus more on myself. Keto is a natural state for me, I feel best when on it.
