Routine is key, identify the times when you’re most tempted to eat, (for many its right before bed) and pick an activity, video game, book to read, watch motivational videos then get to sleep, you’ll wake up the next morning with more motivation.
I’m day 15 of a 42 dayer. Maybe there’s something to the 14 day mark? As of yesterday it feels like my perseverance is being challenged 🙃 Oddly, my stomach feels much more empty, and it’s growling more.
I tell myself there’s no way I’ll stop, not after getting this far. I think I’m more driven by curiosity then say desires for food.
If I stop it’ll be because I lose too much fat.
