Just started the 16:8 fasting I am currently 225 & my goal weight I am wanting is 160-165. Today is day 3. Any recommendations? On what to eat & keep motivated ?

Eat real food. Find distractions when you get hungry. Drink lots of water.

During your eating window, don’t eat/graze for the entire 8 hours. Try to eat two meals spaced 5-6 hours apart.

Prioritize getting good sleep and lowering stress levels.

Take it one day at a time. Now that you have the goal, focus on the process. If you spend a lot of time focusing on the goal, you may get discouraged if progress is slower than you’d like.
