Hello,

Started IF again. Using the loseit app to time my fast. Doing 9pm-1pm (16 hour fast) then 1pm-9pm (eat). The app for some reason shows the end time an hour or so later than what the actual 16 hour end time is.

What do you guys eat during the eating window? I messed up and got Indian food. Like should I be super low cal during the eating window?

started 16:8 recently and my eating window is also 1 pm to 9 pm

i’m eating mainly paleo BUT there are times i eat whatever i want

if I have a special occasion then I will def cheat and do OMAD that day (but still eat before 9)
