To those who have lost weight on 16:8, what are some meals and snacks you eat frequently?
I do 16:8, 2MAD (no snacking) as a maintain diet. I lost 60lb, reached my GW, by doing longer fasts. My meals on 16:8 are pretty large; protein, veg, fruit, greek yogurt, nuts all included. Rice or pasta, but very little baked goods. I am a 6’1” 205lb male that works out a lot so my maintain cals are probably higher than some, I dont count cals. Have been maintaining my wt this way about 3mo and it is working very well.
