I’m ready to lose weight, I’ve been doing 16:8 but was wondering if the other one is better? Thoughts?
I switch back-and-forth depending on how I feel… And as you get used to fasting going longer gets easier… Best part about intermittent fasting is you can do whatever you want every once in a while I’ll eat three meals a day and some days I eat one meal a day, don’t beat yourself up and just go with what your body tells you to do… I’ve lost over 40 pounds now
