~160 hours of fasting. Heart feels a little weird. Should I be concerned?

I’m about 5’1 and weigh 130lb. Exactly last week on Monday, I weighed 139lb. Goal is 120. I suspect most of the 9lb I lost in this past week is water weight + any food I had left in my system + getting off my period. I shaved off 8 hours from this week-long fast to account for two small meals I had and a few lattes. Not totally accurate but I’m trying to roughly factor in any insulin spikes.

Anyway, I haven’t been working out at all. Some super light walking occasionally. Currently peeing purple on the strips. My chest started feeling weird two days ago. Just a very faint pressure, a twinge of pain. I had soup, rice, a small protein bar, and tea yesterday to see how I’d feel today. The twinge is still just slightly there.

Does anyone know what I should do? I’m not super worried because my heart isn’t racing. I just want to know if I should proceed with rolling 24s or 48s from this point on?

For background, I’ve been watching Cole since I was 19, so three years now. Never wanted to lose a ton of weight, just wanted to maintain. I tend to go hard in the beginning of any fast. When I was 19, I weighed in in the 130s. Did a five day fast, my heart ended up racing like CRAZY, because I didn’t take hydration seriously. I immediately stopped, chugged some pedialyte, and felt better the next day lol. But this time, I have been drinking 2L (sometimes more) of the juice, yet I feel subtle pain/pressure. Pls help, just want to know if I should be concerned.

Answer

You should go get it checked out. Not something you want to play with. Electrolytes are essential while fasting. Fasting also causes an increase in adrenaline. If I go more than 2 days, I get palpitations and feel wired.
