18:6 to OMAD

SW:217 CW:207 GW:125 Hello Faster’s doing 18:6 for 5 weeks consistently using simple app. Little win of 7lbs down(rounded). Excited but I have a ways to go to goal. I’m going to lose the alcohol on my treat day and go OMAD for 6 days a week.

Does anyone know if consistency keeping OMAD yeilds quicker weight loss than adding a treat day or meal?

I also haven’t worked out yet…. Going to give my body a week to adjust to OMAD. Don’t want to trigger a binge. I also still calorie count….any thoughts on that?

I did 16:8 for about a month then I decided to go full OMAD (about 2 weeks so far). The transition was surprisingly easy. Calorie counting is something you don’t need to do anymore. Just don’t eat a truckload of garbage and it will be easy to naturally be in a deficit.

Forget cheat days. Just break that habit. It will derail you. Just enjoy a nice big healthy 1 meal a day and you shouldn’t crave anything.
