There is no harm in breaking the fast with a small low carb refeed and starting again. Might even be better for your metabolism to have a refeed equal to your maintenance. Anything more than 72s seems unnecessary. Pushing yourself to where your hunger is that crazy seems like setting yourself up for rebound binging.

This is the hardest patch. I don’t have any tricks other than drinking sparkling water, distracting myself with work or gaming and simply assessing the discomfort in my mind “is it really that bad?” Most of the time I can say no.
