Also, any suggestions on what kind of meal to eat at the end of this would be great too. I’m guessing it should be full of fats and protein??
are you using a fasting app? (i.e, zero) - that’ll help by creating milestones of your approximate fasting zones throughout your fast. learning about each fasting zone is motivating too (esp if you like NERDING out on understanding what your body is doing during each zone) :)
