I have been doing IF and lost around 5-6kg but I see no significant difference in my body at all so what am I losing? When will I actually see significant difference? I don’t really do any excercises
Edit: I have a weak cartilage in my knee so I am refrained from doing any hard exercises.
Humans are in general very good at storing fat and we also under estimate how much body fat we have generally. I thought I was around between 20 %and 25% body fat I was just over 30%.
When we start to lose weight we lose it quickly and easily but it’s also harder to tell the difference. As we lose more weight it get me harder to lose but it’s also more noticeable. For example I went from 95 kg to 90kg quite easily and could barely tell the difference then from 90 to 85 weight was much harder to get off but every kg was much more noticeable.
