Heey I want to dry fast and its going to be my first time. Is it okay to start off with 24 hours and what are some tips I should know off when starting? I did some research about it and I want to do it mainly for the health benefits and clear mind. Planning to do it like once a month.
Im 20 male, no health issues and train frequently. What can I expect and what/when should I eat or drink before dry fasting? Should I not be taking any vitamins during that day?
Have you done any water fasts prior to start dry fasting? If not, start there. I don’t take any supplements during water fast or dry fast. You can take electrolytes during water fast, but it depends on a time frame. Makes no sense if you fast for a day or 2.
