First issue, So been fairly religious on 20/4 intermittent fasting with Saturday and Sunday being normal days. For some reason my stools are loose all the time sometimes it gets better and than like clockwork everyday it’s loose.
I know this is a lot of info but I don’t know what to do to help it. 😕
Second issue, does anyone find that they need way more sleep on IF? I sleep from 10:30 - 5:45 and then from 7:30 -9ish. That’s a lot of sleep! I can’t sleep in like this it’s throwing my work schedule off.

Yes, I have similar issues but only with longer fasts (41-48h) and have learned to break the fast with something very gentle 1-2 h before you plan a bigger meal. Bone broth is a good option. Also consider taking a fiber supplement in your daily routine.
