Whoa there….2 weeks? Don’t base yourself off of results that you see here or online elsewhere. Everyone is different. I didn’t see results for three months but when it started…it went fast. Stick with it… you’ll get there.

Answer

I started IF 5 weeks ago and asked this same question after not loosing anything for 3 weeks. I drank lots of water and ate healthy meals and nothing aside from feeling way better but the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 5 pounds a week for a total of 10 pounds. Keep going it works!!!!!

Answer

Did it take you two weeks to gain it? Probably not.

A lifetime of of habits got us to where we all started. You’re losing weight, certainly there are aspect you could probably tweak to lose a little faster, but at the end of the day it takes time to undo months and years.

Answer

You have not listed a goal weight, but even if it’s 150 lbs, it will take just over a year to get there. Most people who stick with IF find it becomes an ingrained habit which takes very little discipline to maintain. Losing 1 lb/week is perfectly fine, and if it’s a low-maintenance and straightforward program to keep on, there is no reason to change anything. Slow and steady builds habits, and habits become destiny.

Answer

If you haven’t changed anything else except for your eating window this seems pretty normal. I have been doing IF for 3 months now and I have lost 5Kg (about 11 pounds) that’s just under 1 pound a week. It’s steady weight loss and I’ve kept my same eating habits EXCEPT for when I eat. I do 16:8 mostly and took only a couple cheat days off during the holidays. If I added exercise to the mix I’m sure I could lose more weight at a faster pace, but I’m doing what I can handle at the moment. If you want faster results try adding some exercise or try OMAD, though in my experience going too hard too fast is bound to make you give up.
