2 years with no results

I’ve been fasting for about 2 years doing a combo of 16:8 and OMD but I’ve lost exactly 0kgs. I originally started IF to help manage IBS symptoms but I’ve been trying to lose weight seriously for the last year. I’ve really cleaned up my diet and have 2 PT sessions a week but I’ve still not lost any weight at all.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m at a loss of what I’m doing wrong and how you guys are all seeing results so quickly!

Have you been consistently building muscle via working out? Take your measurements. The scale is only an indicator of weight loss, not fat loss. If you’ve been building muscle it’ll show as body recomposition: inches drop off, your clothes fit different, etc.
