Just getting into fasting…I’ve found this type of diet extremely easy since I’m just following a schedule of when I can/can’t eat. I’m find myself naturally eating more nutritious meals rather than snacky junk.
I’ve started incorporating 20/4 fasts on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Feeding window is currently set to 10am-2pm.
Actively rowing 5000m and hiking 2.5m a day. 5’9” 236lb. Goal is 205lb.
Has anyone had success with such a schedule? Any feedback for success?
Any particular reason you’re only fasting 3 days? Not saying you won’t see success, but if you’re not restricting calories at all on the other days that’s going to be, at best, slow going. I would say the norm for most folks is some kind of fast that’s sustainable for themselves on the weekdays and then easing a bit on the weekends.
