Hi everyone, here are some stats before I ask my question. I’m 23 f, SW 127, CW 121. Hoping to get down to around 115!
I’m about 3 weeks into 16:8 IF and want to switch to 20:4. I’m struggling a little bit with eating enough during the 4 hour eating window though. When I break my fast at 11 am I have a meal but I can’t seem to eat another meal in the 4 hour window. So now I’m struggling with feeling like I’m not getting enough protein/eating enough in general. I hope this makes sense to someone lol. Although I know the point of a smaller eating window is to eat less, I still feel like the one meal isn’t enough for my body.
Any tips?? Thanks :)
Protein is a critical component for life, carbs and fat are just energy sources maybe mixed in with some nutrients. I believe protein is what should be concentrated on.
I understand how you feel but I can tell you not to skimp on protein, it’s essential..
If you’re interested in calculating your daily amount it’s roughly 1-1.5 grams per kilogram of lean weight, so it’s a little guess work.. I’ve heard you can go as little as .8 grams for Kilo but I’m not that daring.
