I am trying to lose weight which is about 30 kg of fat. I am 181 cm and weigh 120 kg.
For the moment i am trying just to go back to 105 kg asap because walking and playing soccer is almost impossible to do because it hurts my knee and leg.
When my leg started hurting just of walking, this is the moment i thought i fkd up.
Why don’t you give yourself a more generous window, 7 days a week? I’m similar to you, 177cm and started at 115kg. Been doing 16:8 keto and lost 15kg since Jan 2nd - no need to go so hardcore in my opinion, at least to start.
