It’s been easier than I thought, but right now I am struggling not to cheat. No one around and I could get away with it. But I think I’m gonna stick it out. Maybe.
it’s 20 hours, why blow 5 days in the last 20 hours. Are you about to hit a weight milestone, etc. Focus on that. You can do it. I did struggle with this a couple times but the all or nothing nature of water fasting made it easier for me not to cheat. Let us know how you did.
