The snake diet seems to have changed or maybe there’s been a new version since the last time I was here.
Is there anyone with similar stats that had faster progress? I wouldn’t be against dry fasting for a bit or water fasting for like a month I just feel like I need that kick in the ass to do so
It seems like rolling 72s are very in favour here (72 hours of fasting, a light refeeding (bone broth is very popular) then a few hours later, a heavier, fattier meal (some people use spam and pickles). Whatever you do, be sure you take your electrolytes! Don’t dry fast so long that you deplete your electrolytes. Perhaps a 24 hr dry fast right in the middle of your 72, so that you have a day of snakejuice fasting on either side of your dry fast?
