Its so hard

Fasting is good for all of you, it helps with your mental health, weight, insulin, confidence.
it is hard, I am doing it to….rolling fasts of 48 and 72. I tried for five days but for me at the moment it’s a bit too hard…so I will eat at the 72 hour mark and then start fasting again.
