Hello everyone. My weight loss journey started in 2020, I was 194lbs(88kg) and lost 22 pounds(10kg) in two months, and then sadly it stopped.

I then started to see a dietitian, and got to this day. Because of my studies and financial status, I had to stop seeing her. That is when I decided to embrace fasting again.

However, having lost considerable weight and getting compliments from people I know, I think I got spoiled and started eating junk food and high calorie food, saying that “jeez, I’ve lost so many, this won’t change anything.”

I was wrong. I gained a little bit of weight and now I decided that this was the last time I got myself unhealthy food. I was happy as I thought my eating habits have changed (from eating pasta everyday to loving tuna salad). I want that dedication back. And this post will be a reminder for me to keep going.

I want to download an app to track my IF journey, for Android. If you know any good apps, please let me know. I want to regulate my eating habits as well as stuff about my life to keep a healthy mind and body.

I AM HYPED!!!

I use Fastic. It’s free. Until I started using it I used to snack after dinner until I’d eaten more in calories from the snacks than from the dinner! Not any more: ow I enter into the app that I’ve finished eating for the day and that’s it. And the later I finish eating the longer I have to wait the next day until I can eat again so it’s in my interest to stop eating early. It’s funny how a little app can have this power but I have no willpower myself so I need it and it works for me. Try it!
