Let’s be real, it was a binge of note.
Then I woke up today and had hot chocolate.
Starting over right now, from day 0, and I’m one hour in.
EDIT: long term rash I have on my leg flared up over night and is now extremely itchy again. I doubt it’s a coincidence.
Sugar always irritates any skin issues I have. Always. This also includes grains, potatoes and artificial sweeteners. I have to eat in a strict selection of foods or suffer itchy body parts for 24+ hours afterward. Fasting is one of the only ways I’ve found to really curb and remove cravings altogether. Good luck on this round! You can do it!
