Hello everyone, I am new to this place and was just curious about fasting I really don’t need to lose any weight, so that wouldn’t be my primary reason. I just hear lots of good things about fasting it can reset your mind help with anxiety, depression,your liver if anyone reads this and has any info I would appreciate it thank you in advance,
If you’re looking for the autophagy benefits then I would suggest doing a 48-72 hour fast maybe 2 times a month. During those fasts make sure that you’re only consuming water and electrolytes.
I would also recommend going into it with no expectations because that’s a surefire way to end up disappointed. Fasting isn’t magic, it’s good for you but it is probably not going to cure your depression or liver disease.
