Hi!
I am fairly new to IF, but I have been doing it for a little over a week now, along with being in a calorie deficit and working out and just shy of 10lbs down.
I have three Thanksgivings to go to this week, and I plan to fast for at least 24hrs before each one. First is on the 22nd, second on 24th, and third on 26th.
The longest I have fasted was for 21hrs, and it wasn’t on purpose, just got too busy to eat. Does anyone have any suggestions to curb the appetite or anything else I should know?

Get busy. Just finished 24h today. I did not feel hungry at all, but without having something to do I would probably start thinking about food put off boredom. Focus on work, hobbies or decluttering.
Also, drink a lot. I drink herbal teas and lemon water.
