Damn so I stuffed myself with Turkey last night and had a food coma. A quick fast will put me back to where I was! I love this tool we all have after big and small celebrations filled with food.

Yup. Had my ham, stuffing, yams, mashed potatoes, corn and a roll last night along with a holiday starbucks. I’m keto and only eat this way Thanksgiving and Christmas so I enjoyed myself. I’m doing a 24 hour to get back to it and will start back up with my rolling 48’s Monday. We got this!
