Hey everyone, I see lots of comments and posts about trying to get past say 48 or 72 hours. I want to remind you all that it is not about being perfect, but being consistent. Even if you break a fast or fall off the train a little bit get back on it. I was sick for 2 different weeks as you can see and I took the time to eat while antibiotics but jumped right back on it! Fasting is like a muscle and the more you work it the easier it comes! AMA I’m here to help and may we all reach out goals!
EDIT: incase anyone is curious about the weight loss aspect of this amount of fasting. Obviously i could have made more progress had i not gotten sick and had i controlled some of my refeeds better. I will post progress picture at a later time.

That’s awesome man! You do longer fasts than I’ll ever want to, but I logged 576 hours in August doing rolling 48+. I’m almost 8 weeks in, so July is not a complete month for a fair comparison.
I totally agree that it’s all about being consistent. Better every day.
Hi! Great success story man. I’m currently doing a weight loss fast, omad with a tight carnivore eating window. Doing great so far, my question is:
Having a social life, like for example this Labor Day weekend I am going tailgating with my wife’s family and I decided I will consume food and beer and be a part of the festivities.
What strategies do you recommend here? Do you think the mind game is better if I just say to hell with it til Monday night and we get back home? Should I just loosen it to a 16:8 and only eat at the events? How did you handle these kind of life events?
