Very good advice.

I’ve been doing rolling 120hr fast.

I wasn’t expecting to but the appetite is surprisingly non existent.

It’s day 2 after my refeed day. Morning after refeed I was surprised I was down .02lbs. So maybe I’m paying for it now.

I really want this to be my success story year.

Any more advice from anyone?

It is possible that you still have carbs in your system (so your body is still holding water and running on glucose) or that you haven’t become fat adapted yet so a single day of fasting wasn’t enough to make your body switch and make ketone to use as energy.

Did you do any body prep prior to your fast? Like go OMAD or no carb first?

You can try another day, to see if giving the process more time will work. Or you can refeed by eating a large avocado today then starting your fast again.

pound that snake juice, have your a water poops, go for long walks, and you’ll be good.

There are some days when I do not see any changes, and sometimes even see an increase. Don’t worry about it, it will go down. If in doubt, find a tight shirt, and measure your progress with that. If its getting loose, then you are losing fat

I heard from Mindy Pelz that some of the reasons is receptors being clogged by toxins, or fasting too much—I purposely started eating around the clock for a few weeks so that my body could be like shocked to lose weight when I did fast
