Can I get some advice on my current routine? I dry fast pretty much all day outside of consuming a 150 calorie protein shake and fruit within a 30 minute window after my workout. I burn through it pretty fast but can’t get to sleep at night, I usually save half of the protein shake incase I wake up in the middle of the night.
I wanted to know if adding boiled eggs before I went to sleep would net me the same weight loss. I’ve averaged about 2.2 pounds a day so far. But I’m not sure if spiking my system twice would do me any good. In total I wouldn’t be consuming anything higher than 500 calories in a day.
At this point I don’t want to go backwards and need something to maintain in the long run without me binging. I have a 1.5x TDEE day to eat every sunday. It’s around 2500 calories but I never really get that high tbh.
Dude. Screw the 500 calorie meals on fast days. Either you eat or you fast! The muscle protein synthesis window aint gonna cut it either, you can have much more effective total times working out ocne you’re set on recomping.. which’ll also be assisted when you dont have high cortisol which causes muscle waste anyways.. and explains your shoddy sleep– fat or not.
