3 day fast done! That was my target but carrying on as feeling fine!

I’m down 6 lbs yes I know water but feels amazing! If I continue to feel ok I’ll just keep going. Anyone else on a roll?

I’ve got about 45lbs to lose. So may do rolling 48s as the boredom is so bad and also I want something to stick to easily!

Hey, I’m about to wrap up my 3-day fast as well. I feel ok, with a little hunger (which I know will pass), but I’m wondering how much benefit there is to going longer. Is there increased benefit, about the same, or just a sense of accomplishment?

I am on day 11 of a 21 day water fast. If I was you and you feel fine and want to lose more weight I would just keep going. The first few days weight loss is mostly glycogen getting burned off and food in your gut getting cleared out. That initial phase is the most difficult anyway so if you have already cleared that hurdle you might as well keep going. My personal experience, having water fasted for 21 days annually each January since 2020, is that it actually gets easier not harder after the first few days.
