3 day fast timing

After I gain about 12-15 lbs I do a 3 day fast, really 86+ hour fasts since I go for 3 full sleeps.

I am really good at fasting now, but I feel like a fast every 30-45 days or so might be too much, even tho it has been extremely helpful in my weight journey.

Used to be 375 lbs now I haven’t been over 255 in 3 years lowest was 225

I’ve gone as long as 6 months without a fast but I was really strict with my diet

Now I’m eating basically anything I want knowing I can just 3 day fast it away since it’s easy now… just not eat knowing I will lose minimum 12 lbs in 3 days and keep it off if I want to or not

Congrats on your loss! Sounds like you have a system that works for you.

Pretty incredible you can lose 12-15lbs in 3.5 days. I can maybe lose 3-4lbs. I’m doing some rolling fasts right now. I’ll eat 2 dinners this week and hope to have dropped 5-6lbs by Sunday morning. If I could lose it at your pace, I’d be at goal weight in no time.
