I did this for a spell. I would DF from noon Friday to noon Monday each week. I was also losing weight during the week, as I was on a modified diet, but the contribution that the weekend added to that weight loss was 4-5 pounds per weekend until I plateaued at my goal.
I was doing 72 hours every weekend for a while and loving it (I’m trying to gain wait though, not lose so I’m useless in that area) for gut health. I’m currently trying 36/12 which still lines up to 3 days per week (but also nights). It’s slightly easier but I might go back to 72s each week cause they seemed more beneficial. Or maybe ill alternate.
