Hello everyone
This is my first 3 days dry fasting ever. I’ve done intermittent fasting and dry fasting alot but never exceeded 1 day. What do you recommend to eat to break my fast? I know i can start with water and then watermelon, dates, Banana. Can i eat rice and chicken after or should i take it easy the first 24 hours? Any recommendations?
I would recommend breaking the fast with snake juice. Or at the very least a glass of water with baking soda. Also for your first meal make sure its salty as you will be low. I would salt it with regular salt and no salt(potassium).
