Answer

I’d be surprised if a 3-day fast resulted in electrolyte imbalances, but everyone’s body is different. I’ve done 30-day fasts without them and been fine. There’s no downside to taking them, so it’s one of those things that’s “better safe than sorry”.

Answer

Really depends on the person. I know people that have felt weak on day 2 without them, meanwhile I know people that can go several days without them perfectly fine. Personally I dont take them unless Im fasting over 5 days, sometimes not even then if I feel okay, its just my personal belief that I want my fasts to be as “clean” as possible, but thats not for everyone and thats okay. See what works for you, if you feel you need them, take them

Answer

It depends. If you do no activity or very little. The climate is cold (less sweating) you can be ok on a 3 day fast without electrolytes but id try and take them if you can.

What’s your reason for not taking them?
