It’s only been 3 days. Give it at least a month before you judge whether IF is working or not. The daily scale number is a very noisy signal — you really have to look at the long-term trend (on a timescale of months), not the daily fluctuations.
When are you weighing yourself? Its important to weigh on an empty stomach, and around the same time each time (when you wake up for example), since if it’s at night or after you eat, those aren’t true numbers. Also if you’re working out during fasting, it’s possible you’re putting on muscle which would then “cancel” out your fat loss in terms of the scale.Another thing is if you’re drinking a lot of water, that could be why the scale isn’t showing a “loss”, but in reality you did lose fat.As long as you’re eating fewer calories than you burn, you should begin seeing number results. Keep it up!
