Yes, easily. I did roughly that in 11 days a couple of years ago. Started with a 120 hour fast, then 3 days zero carb OMAD, then a 72 hour fast. I lost 7 kg which is a tad over 15 lbs.

Now, I’m going to guestimate that about 6 lbs of that was water weight because that’s the excess over the consistent 1lb a day after the first 3 days (except the days after OMADs, that was half a lb), so I reckon 6 or 7 pure fasting days would comfortably made that 15 lbs of fat down.
