Way to go rocking your second day! One more day and it’s downhill! When I get fatigued during extended fasts it’s because my electrolytes are low. I add a punch of mineral salt to my water or I drink broth. It’s good to drink lots of water but it’s also important to replenish your electrolytes. Good luck!
Day three is going great! I still feel like I have a good amount of energy and don’t really feel that hungry. If anything I miss the action of eating. Thanks everyone for the advice! I’m going to take it day by day and try out some new vitamins and drink some broth if I start to really feel terrible. 🤗
