I would say as you’ve probably heard, don’t weigh yourself too regularly, maybe once a week or every two weeks. Its about the only thing from other weight loss methods I still follow. Seems to me like in my 2 weeks i maintain a focus better and look forward to the results more than a cheat day. I also identified some old clothes that i stopped wearing because I got to big to wear, and at the end of the 2 weeks I’d try something on and it made me feel awesome each time. Hoping that the tshirt i wore to my 21st birthday will look good again by the end of August for my 40th.
