36 hr dry into a WF for 54 total hours.

New to dry fasting , but not WF, and I’ve done 26 hours twice so far and it was no problem. I know there are some baking sodas concoctions people drink for the kidneys. Is the above fast long enough to even worry about or can I just start drinking water (with some salt ) at the 36 hour mark!

Any concerns with carbonated water?

Thanks!

Answer

36 hours you can transition into water without having to fuss about the concoctions or whatnot. It’s the longer dry fasts that breaking is more important. Hope that answers your questions! Also I’d personally stay away from carbonated given the air with the stomach.
