Kinda did this fast on a whim. New to this, and didn’t really think it out to well admittedly.
Given the relatively short time frame, is this OK for my electrolytes:
3tsp Kosher Salt 1 medium sized tomato 1/5 cup lemon juice
I know the last two are kinda cheats, but I’d rather do that than get sick.
Since everyone is different, different amts of electrolytes will be needed. I’ve heard of ppl needing no electrolytes for a 3 day fast. When I do 24 hr fasts, I like to have a few small chunks of unground pink salt. For future fasting, 1/4 tsp of lite salt + lemon juice in 20oz of water tastes great imo. That would provide 350mg potassium, and 290mg sodium, and 40% daily value iodine. Then you can take a magnesium tablet separately.
