What should I know regarding doing a 36hr fast while I’m bulking?

Your schedule might look “odd” but it all comes down to math and what days/timeframes you plan on feeding. Then just work out what you need to do to hit your goals

Ex: because you’re bulking up, you’ll need to make up the deficit somewhere. Let’s pick easy numbers to work with: You want to regularly fast for 48h (2 days), feed for 2 days before starting the next fast, and your bulking is 2.5k cals per day
You fast for 2 days missing 5k cals
You eat for 2 days and need 5k cals total but need to add another 5k cals to hit your required bulking amount. so now you’re looking at eating 10k cals in 2 days to keep to your plan

This could be hard if your body isn’t used to it and set up for poor eating habits if your plan is too aggressive so be aware of that. Personally, I wouldn’t do more than say 1 fast a week and make up the calories over \~5 days so I’m not eating so much over my usual amounts
