I began a dry fast on Monday; my beginning weight was 330 pounds, and as of right now, it is 320.20 pounds. I will be doing 4 dry fast and the rest I will be Refeeding . I’ll be performing intense cardio and weightlifting during those three days. I was wondering if anyone had experienced success with this kind of schedule or something comparable.
I know everyone wants immediate results, but for weight loss you don’t need to be this aggressive.
Weekly 36 hour dry will help you lose 2-4 lbs a week and would be extremely manageable.
My expectation is that you burn out pretty quickly on the above trying to do it weekly.
