If you begin to really feel bad, then stop. If it’s just a slight feeling of queasiness or something like that, I wouldn’t necessary say it’s urgent. You seem to be supplementing with the right things so… just pay attention and if you suddenly feel worse, consider tossing in the towel.
My rule is if I’m; nauseous, dizzy, seeing flashes, or just feeling super bad I’ll stop a longer fast. Anything else can be dealt with.
Sounds like you’re supplementing with almost a full meals worth of nutrients so you should feel empowered to continue but it’s up to you. When do you plan on ending?
