4 Days in feeling a bit off.

I’ve been water fasting for 4 days now. Just crossed 100 hours total. I feel mostly good. My stomach has been bubbling a bit this evening and I had a hint of acid reflux. I also noticed that my pee was more bubbly than usual today; is that a concern? also noticed my feet were very red (far more than usual) after getting out of a semi-hot bath. I’m 23, M, 5’10 and 253lbs currently. I’m supplementing with sodium, magnesium, chloride and potassium as well as cod liver oil, b12 and D and K2. Are these warning signs that I should break the fast or are these normal?

If you begin to really feel bad, then stop. If it’s just a slight feeling of queasiness or something like that, I wouldn’t necessary say it’s urgent. You seem to be supplementing with the right things so… just pay attention and if you suddenly feel worse, consider tossing in the towel.

My rule is if I’m; nauseous, dizzy, seeing flashes, or just feeling super bad I’ll stop a longer fast. Anything else can be dealt with.

Sounds like you’re supplementing with almost a full meals worth of nutrients so you should feel empowered to continue but it’s up to you. When do you plan on ending?
